They are collections of standard and widely accepted terminology from verified sources (e.g. international standards, EU standards, IEC, DIN, NEN, BS etc.).

The Comprehensive Dictionary of Industry & Technology NE-EN/EN-NE
This is the flagship of our complete range of specialized dictionaries and is specifically aimed at the needs of technical translators and patent reviewers working from and into Dutch and English. This online dictionary is used by various mainstream corporations in the technical industry, by technical translators and by patent offices. It is the most extensive technical dictionary of its kind for the language combination Dutch-English and Engish-Dutch. In comparison with Kluwer's Groot Polytechnisch Woordenboek (by the same author/editor), it contains more than twice the number of terms and translations. This dictionary is also available as a hardback and on CDROM from Acolada Germany (October 2011).
Subscribe for a full year to the online version of the Comprehensive Dictionary of Industry & Technology NE-EN/EN-NE. Subscribers are entitled to a free version of TermX Basic (terminology editor).
